Terri was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She moved to Chattanooga in 1979 and retired from the Hamilton County Department of Education as a Paraeducator having worked at Hunter Middle School. She was also a very dedicated member of Silverdale Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, Jonathan (Victoria) Wiley; step father, Jack Sheets; sister, Darlene Stroud; brothers, Ron Plew, Jack Sheets II, Don Plew, Mike Plew and Steve Plew.
A Celebration of Life will be at 7 PM on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Silverdale Baptist Church, Student Building-Creekside Venue, with Rev. Tony Walliser officiating.
