I sure do miss our calls. You was a precious Aunt and you meant the world to me. You will always have a special place in my heart. Tell Mama, Daddy and Eddie I miss them .and love them. I will always love you. I wish Heaven had phones.

Sincere Condolences to all of you in your loss of Viola. She was a good friend when we lived at Foxfire Apts in Spartanburg. She was a loving Christian lady that loved her family dearly. She was always smiling and laughing. You're all in my thoughts and prayers! Wish I'd known in time. My ex-husband is at M.J. Dolly also, retired Marine and Army. 🙏❤🙏

Dearest  David  Janina and John, I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful Mother, and my longtime friend. There are many precious memories of her and you all as well.  We ‘grew up’ attending the same church, visiting in one another’s homes, cheering on one another’s children. We shared many meals, had long talks, played board games, attended children’s
weddings,  We also played.  laughed and cried together!   Your mom was a giver, an exhorter, a servant who loved people and loved being with them.  She loved her Lord and Savior fiercely and lifted holy hands in praise freely. She also loved each of you and your children very much.  You and the Lord were her heart.  We will all miss her very much, and one day we will all join her praising Jesus in the heavenly choir. She will greet us with a huge smile and lots of love.  I am so grateful for all the years of friendship I had with Viola and all of you!  What a blessing!  I look forward to a continued friendship with you here on earth, my home is always open. Please come!

David and family, Jim and I were very sorry to learn of Viola's passing, but we're also excited for her as she is in the presence of the Lord now.  Viola was a wonderful example of a godly lady who loved Jesus, her family, and her brothers and sisters in Christ.  She was always so good to call us to check on Jim since the two of them had some similar health issues.  We will always remember her smile, her "don't give up" attitude, and her little gloves to keep her hands warm.  We're praying for you during this time.  Love in Christ, Carole and Jim Ragan

Lee & I were so sorry to hear of Viola's passing. We have sweet memories of the Kilgore family from Evangel Cathedral. You are all in our prayers during this sad time. 

Viola was a precious soul.  She was a wonderful Christian with a strong testimony.  We met at Central Wesleyan College in the 60's and always had so much fun in our little group. We spent time at the beach with our Central "roomies" and over the years with our spouses and family members.  She will be missed and will have that new body without pain and problems.  Rest in peace Viola. Love to David and the family.

David and family:  My condolences to all of you at the loss of Viola.  We will all miss her:  she was a dear friend!! We met at Central Wesleyan, now Southern Wesleyan University.  We have visited each other over the years when we could since our college days.  May all of you have peace in your hearts knowing that she is now with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, without pain, without sickness and keeping that smile always on her face.  God bless you all.

Momma, I miss your smile. I remember all the lessons you taught me. I remember the talks we had in the kitchen as you taught me how to cook. Looking back, I can see where you protected me from myself by not allowing me to be friends with certain people. Thank you for being a godly woman. Your example helped me find the right woman to marry (the second time around). Thank you for praying for me. I know there were times I bruised your knees growing up from my many mistakes. Thank you for forgiving me when I didn’t deserve it. I could say a lot more because my memories are endless. I miss you.

Ms. Viola is a beautiful soul.  I say "is", not "was" because her soul lives on for eternity in the presence of God.  One day her glorified body will be there with her as well.  This is something all God's children long for.
