She was the daughter of the late Ed and Mary McInturff and was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Smith and siblings, Minnie McCamish, Grace Lyttle and Burkett McInturff.
Wilba was of the Baptist faith and was a strong Christian. She worked many years ago for Sealtest Ice Cream in East Chattanooga.
Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Melvia McInturff, of Signal Mountain, TN., two sisters, Burley Jenkins, of Oliver Springs, TN, Betty Simmons, of Ooltewah, TN., and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday in Old McDonald Cemetery with Rev. Johnny Bankston officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Red Cross.
