A private person, Bill loved working on his hobbies, including his stained glass pieces and woodworking projects and he relished the times he spent with his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Frank Kenneth Soder and Daphne Sue Dunham.
Survivors include his three children, Jeremy Soder, Jeffery (Kristen) Soder, and Jennifer (Justin) Mitchell; brother, Gary L. Soder; sisters Pamela Sue Decker and Suzette Christine Esterholm; friend Gail Mount; grandchildren, Knox, Wyatt, and Kate Soder, and Elyse Mitchell.
Services will be held on Friday May 3, 2019 at the Chattanooga Funeral Home, Valley View Chapel. Visitation will be from 4-6pm, and memorial service will begin at 6 p.m.
