Darlene M Kowalkowski, age 74, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. Darlene was born November 20, 1947. Loving daughter of the late Walter and Mary (nee Szczudlo). Dearest sister of the late Elaine. Darlene was also survived by many cousins and friends. Darlene was a longtime parishioner at St. Simon the Apostle Church.
