My dad was an amazing father to myself and my 3 sisters. He raised us well and he always did his very best for all of us. A huge of our family is gone without him. We miss him greatly everyday. 

Today is 
May 10, 2022 and I was thinking of contacting Dave because I had not seen any posts in Facebook from him in a long while. I thought he had unfriended me but he hadn't, we were disagreeing about trump and stopped communicating. I feel so sad to find out he has passed and I was unable to show my respect. I hope that I am right about death and I get to see him again.

There are no words that I can possibly express to explain the loss of my father.  My dad will be missed tremendously, and his memory will never fade away! He was a person of honesty and a realest. He fit in with society to provide for his family because family was the most important to him, however he was a free spirit, a person full of great ideas and big dreams, he loved blues music and writting. He was an amazing father and did everything with us growing up. He took us on trips, put us into sports and music, went to every game and assured we did well in school. He was fun, and loving. Always made us laugh. My father was my hero in many ways. He taught me so many great things in life that molded the person I am today.  A women with strong values, humble, honest, and full of integrity. I have him to thank for that. Most importantly he taught me freedom of speech, and doing the research before making decisions. Not to believe in everything I see on the news. He was always so smart, and brave, he didnt care to believe what everyone else beleived in but rather in the truth. My dad always cared about everyone elses well being before himself and was always so proud of his kids no matter what. I will never stop making him proud.  I believe his ​spirit is out in the universe watching over us making things happen. I am so blessed to have had a father like him. I wish you were here dad. Your absence breaks my heart and its difficult not being able to get your advice and create new memories together. I will be strong for you and I hope you are smiling up in the heavens and at peace. I love you so much dad, your always with me in my heart!  I will tell your grandson all about you and teach him everything you have shown me. Love you with all my heart dad. ❤️ Thank you for everything you have done for us and for raising us to be amazing people. You are missed every day! 

Rest In Peace dear father.  You have been a good husband to mom and a great father. Always talked about politics music and time travel and books. I enjoy talking and listening to you.  Thank you for taking us fishing, camping and reading books to us kids. Will miss Calling you every evening to say goodnight.  Miss you so much! Half my heart is gone without you. I've known Dave since I started work at CBIS (which became CVG) back in 1993.  He was always courteous, nice to all those I knew.  In addition to writing at least one book, he frequently expressed his political opinions on FaceBook.  Dave was always honest and fair in the way he expressed his views, including dealing with my disagreements.  Glad that I knew him.

I knew Dave for over 36 years. We  worked together at Convergys for over 20 of them.  I attend a number of his performances with his band, read his books and shared his political views on Facebook.   He and I  shared many stories about our children and spouses  while working on the off shifts.  He was a good listener and I will miss him.  

My condolences to David's family.  I worked with Dave for many years and am sad to see that he has passed.

We are so saddened by the loss of Dave. He was a wonderful nephew, cousin and friend. We will forever cherish our memories with him and he was a gift to our family. He will live on through his family and friends. We pray for strength and comfort for Dave’s family during this difficult time.
