Dorothy Frydrych, née Nawrocki, 92, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2022. She was the loving wife for 44 years of the late Edward Frydrych; beloved mother of Michael (Letty) Frydrych, Mary (Terrance) Frydrych Holt, Philip Frydrych, Anne (David Monday) Frydrych, the late Loretta Frydrych, the late Sally Frydrych and the late Stella Frydrych; cherished grandmother of Heather Frydrych, Frank Frydrych, Katherine Kustusch née Holt (Michael), Michael (Alison) Holt, Janina Monday; treasured great-grandmother of Henry Kustusch, Archer Kustusch, Edward Kustusch, and Cameron Holt. Dorothy worked for Standard Federal Bank. She volunteered for Southwest Chicago Homeless Pads Shelter, was a leader in the 4-H Club. She loved to read, tend to her garden, and write which led to some published articles. She will be best remembered for the love for her family, her beautiful smile and blue eyes, and her love of nature and gardening.
Visitation for Dorothy is on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Ridge Funeral Home, (Edward A. Tylka, Manager), 6620 W. Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am at St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 5300 S. Natoma Ave. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.
