Loving mother of Charlene (Juan) Castillo, John Sylvester, and her late son Donald Sylvester. Dear grandmother of John (Lisa) Castillo, Mark (Traci) Castillo, Thomas (Elizabeth) Castillo, Natalie Castillo, Jennifer McGee, Donald (Lisa) Sylvester, Becky (Jeremy) Mortenson, Michael Sylvester, Robert Sylvester, Kathleen Sylvester, and the late John Sylvester Jr. Fond grandmother to many great-grandchildren, and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Frances will be remembered as the feisty Italian gal who “told it like it was”. She loved to tell stories from the good old days that made everyone laugh. She loved her cat Sadie, playing slot machines, and hot coffee!
