Johanna Marie Mentlewicz

Johanna Marie Mentlewicz (nee Burda) passed away suddenly on July 2nd, 2023, at the age of 89. Born in Chicago Illinois. She was married to the late Joseph J. Mentlewicz. She was a retired member of local 710 Teamster. Part of St. Jane's Seniors Club. She also had a favorite pastime of reading mystery novels. Best remembered for being a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was a loving mother of Kathy (Pat) Flynn, Ann Marie (Michael) Pultorak and Joseph T. (Channale). Dearest grandmother of Patrick (Zoo), Matthew, Jennifer (Mike), Nicole and Josh. GiGi of Jack, James, Kaitlyn, Audrey, Liam and Dexter.

Visitation for Johanna is on Monday, July 10th, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ridge Funeral Home, (Edward A. Tylka, Manager), 6620 West Archer Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60638. Prayer Service will be on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023 at 9:15 AM, at Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 West Archer Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60638.
