John “Jack” P. Coakley age 74 Chicago, IL May 24, 2013. Beloved brother of Daniel (Maureen) Coakley, Anna Marie(James) Farrell and James Coakley; cherished uncle of Jimmy (Mary) Farrell, Erin Farrell M.D., Sean (Mon) Coakley and Elizabeth (Mark) Antrobus and great-uncle of Liam, Danny, Kate, Mark and Max. Funeral Services Friday 8:45am from Ridge Funeral Home 6620 W. Archer Ave. (corner of Natoma) to St. Rene Goupil Church mass 9:30am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 3-9pm. U.S. Army Veteran, in lieu of flowers donations to Misericordia would be appreciated.
