My wonderful, fun-loving cousin Karen. I will miss calling you and listening to you explain how things are going. I enjoyed our visits and family time. Remember Bob and I coming over to give you a little rest with Don. You and I would go outside and talk, then back to taking care of Don. You were a great wife. I have so many memories of staying at your parent's house. During the school year when I was younger. Doing dishes so that we could be together. Not fighting over-drying, you were older you said so you washed. thank you for all the good memories. I will cherish them always. Love, Marge

Remembering the day you came to visit me in Harvard. You brought the best deviled eggs I had ever tasted. You shared how easy it was to make them. I have since used your simple but tasty recipe. I remember being shocked that the recipe included mustard!! Thank you for being a very special and caring woman.

Karen was nice to allow me into her home and treat me as if I were just an extended version of her family. “In peace, may you leave this shore. In love, may you find the next. Safe passage on your travels, until our final journey... May we meet again.”

Karen, I've known you since you were born. We spent many years and shared a lot of memories, mostly good, some bad. I will miss your kindness and understanding when we talked on the phone. I'm glad we were cousins, but happier that we were friends! You will truly be missed!
