Linda "Queen" D Leonard

Linda D. Leonard, “Queen” passed away peacefully on September 6th, 2023 at the age of 64. Born on October 12th, 1959 in Chicago Illinois to the late Eddie and the late Lula Leonard. She graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor’s Degree. Linda worked as a Patient Access Specialist in the Oncology Department at the University of Chicago. She loved spending time with family and friends. Her favorite hobbies included bowling, playing cards, cooking and baking. Traveling is something Linda always loved. She will be best remembered for her independence, helping others and for always being the life of the party.

Lovingly remembered by her son Tony (Shaton) Leonard. Cherished by her grandchildren Ayell, Ashlyn, Austin, Avery Leonard. Fond Sister to Hadun Eli, Terry Leonard, Letitia Leonard and the late Darryl Leonard. Dear aunt, cousin and friend of many.

A Memorial Service will be held on October 14, 2023 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at Gospel Way Covenant Church, 8152 S Saginaw Ave, Chicago, IL.
