We may not have been in touch often but I knew no matter what she would always be there for me. One truly special memory that’s really stands out is when I was in the hospital after going into SCA and I was in a coma “induced “. I remember Mary and my dad talking about the whole situation. She took charge like my mother would of but I lost my mom 6 weeks prior to this. Mary was now like the mom I no longer had. Even when my mom was still here I looked to mary and always had a special bond with her. She was there for me and truly cared and worried about me. She had the biggest heart and almost had my back. There are questions I have about the whole situation being in the hospital that only she would know and I never thanked her or let her know how special she was to me. It breaks my heart. Taught me a lesson though. I truly miss her. She was the strongest and most courageous lady I ever met and truly an inspiration. I admired and will continue to admire her. Lots of love, Wendy
