Where do I begin? Nick and I were best friends at St. Rita HS and we were pretty much inseparable in Jr and Sr year. He was the Bridgeport guy and I was the Midway guy. We were partners in crime, but never got into trouble, we couldn't. Our Dad's worked for the City of Chicago and were friends. Why make any mistakes we would both pay for? I will share my best memory which is one of so many. Nick and I attended our first concert together. It was a tour called "The Clash of the Titans"! We were 16. Our dad's let us go to Alpine Valley in a limo to see; Alice in Chains, Megadeth, Anthrax and Slayer! Probably one of the top 10 moments in my life! I shared that with Nick. I wasn't afraid to go anywhere with Nick. This is a humorous comparison, but if anyone remembers the cartoon with Spike and Chester (Looney Tunes), that was Nick and I (Google it)! If you don't smile, something is wrong with you. I also remember Nick and I always scoping out Michelle's cute girlfriends. However, when I would mention that Michelle was looking really good to, Nick was always quick to put me in my place! Sorry Michelle, it could have been us together! All kidding aside, he is and will always be, one of the greatest parts of my life. I hope to see you again my brother! When that time comes, I want to relive all those good times over again! You get the beer, because you always looked older! I'll pick up the Ricobene's King Breaded Steak on 26th with mozzarella and extra sauce. Sport peppers on the side? Alright cool! See you when I get there!

Love Terry Jr

So sorry to hear of this. I worked with Nick several years ago I am also a local 150 operator. Nick was one of my peers and a friend. We haven't worked together for a long time but stayed friends through Facebook. I am shocked and saddened to hear this.
So very sorry for your loss I know Nick was a great guy with a big heart and way too young.
God bless your family at this time... my condolences.
