Patricia Sidorowicz

Patricia M. Lach (Sidorowicz), lovingly known as Pat, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the age of 72. Following a valiant and resilient battle against cancer over the last year.

Pat was born on October 20, 1953, in Chicago, Illinois, at Holy Cross Hospital, to the late Alexander P. Lach and Irene F. (O’Brien) Lach.

She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. Her calm and loving presence made people feel welcomed and supported.

Pat leaves behind her loving son, Stanley A. Sidorowicz, and daughter, Christina (Joe) Lamb, grandchildren Joseph and Siena Lamb; sisters, Sue (Ben) Horbacz, Anne (Vince) Evola, and the late Veronica Lach, brother, the late Allen Lach, nieces and nephews, Jen (Marty) Evola-Graham, Angie (Jeff) Escher, Joe (Therese) Evola, Julie (Brian) Garcia, Jason Lach, Adam (Kristy) Lach, and Heather Haarala-Collins, and many great nieces and nephews as well as friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

While our hearts are broken by her loss, we find comfort in the countless memories she gave us and the love she leaves behind. Her legacy lives on through the family she adored and the lives she touched so deeply.

She will be missed every day, loved forever, and remembered always..

Visitation for Patricia will be at Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 West Archer Ave., Chicago IL. 60638 on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026 from 9am until 1pm with a funeral service starting at 1pm.
