He was born on January 2, 1928, in Creedmore Texas, to Ancelma Castillo and Fabian Florez Ramirez.

He is survived by his wife; Margarita Ramirez, daughters; Maria Guadalupe Ramirez Gandara, Claudia Elizabeth Ramirez Gandara, Estephanie Ramirez Gandara, Cynthia Aurora Ramirez, Rosario Ramirez and Elsa Ramirez, son; Oswaldo Ramirez Gandara and Alex Charles Ramirez, brothers; Fabian, Juan and Zacarias Ramirez, sisters; Josefina, Rebecca, Raquel and Lina Ramirez, 15 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey on Thursady December 19th from 5 to 9pm in the Serenity Chapel and Friday December 20th at 9:30am. Graveside Service to follow at 11:30am, at Miramar National Cemetery of San Diego, California.
