Alexander is survived by his wife, Marissa A Simon; son Mark Simon; daughter-in-law KC Simon; son Adriel (AJ) Simon; and daughter Caithlyn (CJ) Simon; father Brigido Simon and mother Claudia B Simon; brother Dante Simon, brother John Simon and sister Luchie Pacuño; granddaughter Marley Kay Simon and future grandson Kason Alex Simon.

A viewing & vigil service for Alexander will be held Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A viewing & celebration of life will occur Friday, March 30, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A full military honors will occur Monday, April 2, 2018 at 2:30 PM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr., San Diego, California 92122. An eternal resting place will occur at Miramar National Cemetery, San Diego, California.
