Angela Mallari Gutierrez

She studied and graduated from San Miguel Academy located in Masantol, Pampanga. On March 5, 1952 she married Pedro Gutierrez. Their marriage was blessed for 41 years and four daughters; Evelia, Fe, Concordia and Lilibeth. Her beloved Pedro predeceased her in 1993 as well as her daughter Concordia in January of 2018.

Angela liked to keep busy, in addition to taking excellent care of her family, she worked in a garment factory and as a caregiver. Angela was a member of El Shaddai Prayer Group and when not praying with them and enjoyed gardening. Her gentle loving nature and bright smile will be greatly missed by all.

Angela is survived by daughters Evelia Guerta, (Mauricio Guerta), Fe Guarin, (Mariano Guarin) and Lilibeth Estoque, (Jose Estoque). In addition, her sisters Feliza Manasala, Cresencia Gatbonton and brother Pedro Mallari. Her legacy includes 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

A visitation & celebration of life service for Angela will be held Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, California 91910. A funeral mass will occur Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, 2643 Homedale, San Diego, California 92139.
