Anna is Survived by her 4 remaining children, Margie Bicknell, Gerald McKissock, Laurine Ball and Donna Thaidigsman; her grandchildren,Christopher Bicknell, Stephanie Boss, Julia Bicknell,Matthew Ball, Sarah McKissock and Joseph Thaidigsman; and her 5 great grandchildren, Evan, and Caleb Boss, Amelia and Brynn Bicknell, and June Khan-Bicknell.
Anna was predeceased by her husband, Bill McKissock and son, Michael McKissock.
Anna was born in Munich, Germany on September 8, 1930, and met her husband, Bill McKissock in 1948, while he was stationed there with the US Army Occupation Force. With their daughter, Margie, they moved to the U.S. 1952, where Anna became a naturalized American citizen in 1954. Together, they and their children move from duty station to duty station until they retired to San Diego in 1964, where they resided permanently in Imperial Beach. They became members of the St.Charles Parish in 1964. A mass will be said for her at 1:00 pm on July 21st, at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel. She will be missed by all you knew her.
A Rosary for Anna will be held Monday, July 21, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A funeral service Mass will occur Monday, July 21, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Holy Cross Mausoleum Chapel Location, 4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102. A graveside service will occur Monday, July 21, 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102.
