Tapon is survived by his son Brandon A. Rosas; his father Armando Rosas Galindo.

A celebracion de vida for Tapon will be held Friday, April 28, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
