He was born in Warsaw Poland on March 6, 1928.
He was married to Amelia Gala in January, 1979
He was a World War II survivor.
Carmen worked at General Dynamics and the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System.
He was a member of the Veterans POW group,He had a passion for tennis, ping pong and walking.
He was survived by three daughters and four grandchildren.
Vigil Service will be held at 11:30, Saturday November 23rd at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey.
