Carmen is survived by son Robert Reed; son Frank Reed Jr.; son Ace Reed; daughter Ophelia Reed; son Eddie Reed; son Fred Reed; and son James Reed.
Carmen was preceded in death by her spouse Frank Reed; and son Manuel Reed.
A viewing for Carmen will be held Monday, March 22, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Church of the Most Precious Blood, 1245 4th Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91911. An eternal resting place will occur Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum, 4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102.
