Husband, Dad, Oppa, Tata ..........You have left an emptiness in our hearts and we pray you will be reunited with your Son and family who went before you. He loved his family especially his beloved wife Waltraud "Wally" of 47 years". My Dad was a very kind man, fair, honest, but most of all He enjoyed entertaining in his home and loved music and dancing. He was one of the best dancers known to his family and friends. My Dad worked numerous hours 7 days a week for McMahn's Furniture Store which later became Helig Myers Furniture Store. Starting his career at the young age of 21 in Yuma AZ to Banning CA and landing his final destination in Chula Vista CA. He was the #1 salesman and manager at each location totaling 41 years until he retired. He taught many employees the importance of being the best they could be in their positions. Our Dad was a great mentor to all who would accept his advice and run with it. His smile and tight handshake and hugs will never be forgotten. Dad you are the hero in your children's and grandchildren's eyes. We love you and will miss you deeply. We pray that you will continue to watch over all of us. God Bless You Dad, we love you
