

Francisco Pulido, affectionately known as "Polo", 76 years old, of San Diego, passed away on March 10, 2016. He was born in Tijuana, Mexico, on August 13, 1939. He married to Agustina Pulido and was blessed with 58 years of marriage.
Polo had a life long career in culinary services, and worked as a chef for Vacation Village and Hotel Del Coronado. In his free time Polo liked to watch boxing matches, soccer, and baseball games while relaxing with his family and friends.
Polo is survived by his wife, Agustina Pulido, and four daughters; Rafaela Soto Torres, Juanita Montoya, Elizabeth Pulido and Karen Pulido. His legacy includes 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Also surviving him is his beloved nephew Alejandro Beas and is sister Paulina Beas. He will also be fondly remembered by his numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will take place at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, California, 91910 on Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 345 Anita Street, Chula Vista, California, 91911 on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 12:30 p.m. Immediately following the mass there will be a procession to Greenwood Memorial Park for interment.
