

GLENDA ELINOR LAMB October 8, 1935 – January 10, 2012 Glenda was born in National City, California, resided in San Diego County for her entire life, and lived in Rancho Bernardo for the last 10 years. She graduated from Chula Vista High School. Glenda is survived by her Brother John and his wife Beverly, and nephew John Jr, her children, Lynn, Kris and her husband Rick, Karl and his wife Judy, also, stepson’s, Bob, Donald, Wesley and Gary. Grandchildren include Shelly, Rikki, Jacki, Andrew, Josh and Anna. She worked in the local aerospace industry as a technical illustrator for more than 30 years. Glenda loved nature, the outdoors, animals and had a great appreciation for the natural world. She was an artist in many forms, including her love of cooking, painting, stained glass, and stitchery. She enjoyed history, had many dear friends and loved to travel with her family and friends. Glenda was a kind, gentle and loving person and our lives are all better for having known her. She will be greatly missed. She instilled in her children and grandchildren the need for respect, responsibility and compassion. And for all the wonderful memories that she left with us. The Celebration will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 11am - 2pm at The Remington Club, 16916 Hierba Drive, San Diego (Rancho Bernardo), CA. Refreshments will be served.
