Guadalupe Gonzalez

Guadalupe Gonzalez, 75 years of age, of Lemon Grove, California, passed away on August 27, 2014. Guadalupe was born in Guadalajara, Mexico on December 12, 1938. She was married to Fernando Gonzalez on October 31, 1955. They were blessed with a long marriage of 59 years and with a daughter, Rosa and a son, Fernando Jr.

Guadalupe was a homemaker whose passion in life was to take care of her family including her grandchildren, Tanya and Albert Molina and Alan Rivera. In addition, her legacy includes three great-grandchildren, Albert Jared Molina, Jizelle Sarai Molina and Jayden Jeremiah Molina. Guadalupe was a member of The Apostolic Assembly and enjoyed serving her fellow church members in the kitchen. She will be remembered for her joy of service and gentle smile.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor at Strong Tower Community Church, 1439 Imperial Beach Boulevard, Imperial Beach, CA 91932 on Thursday, September 4, 2014 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Her final resting place and graveside service will take place at Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91932 on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
