Hector had a passion for the great outdoors. He loved hiking, fishing camping and skateboarding.

Hector is survived by his daughter Baylin Lorta; and his son Aiden Lorta; his father Adam C. Lorta (Laura) and his mother Nancy Chavarin Lorta; his brother Vincent Vitale, Adan C. Lorta Jr., his sister Leticia I. Lorta and his brother Vincent D. Lorta; his grandfather Librado Lorta, his grandmother Rosa Lorta, his grandmother Isabel Chavarin, his tia Marylou Chavarin, his tia Irma Valencia, his tio Philip Chavarin, his tio Pete Chavarin, his tio Ruben Lorta (Sadie), his tio Salvador Lorta (Mary), his tio Alfonso (Estolia), his tio David Lorta (Velma), his tio Danny Lorta (Jeanette), his tia Elena Reyes (Rudy), his tia Eva Trujillo (Lalo), his tia Christina Romo (David), his tia Sussy Gallardo (Marcos), his tia Veronica Veramendi (Marco), his tia Adela Moreno (Nick) and his tia Lucy Saldeño (Noé).

A visitation for Hector will be held Friday, July 5, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A celebration of life will occur Friday, July 5, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 753 Broadway, CA 91910.
