John Franklin Kelly Jr., born October 26, 1921 passed away on August 12, 2013. He is survived by his children Patrick, Sean, Brian and Mary Kathleen. Cremation will occur. He will be laid to rest at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery with military honors at a later date.
