He was born in San Diego on January 26, 1969. Joseph graduated from Montgomery High School.
He was married to Jessica on May 30, 1998 and they has 2 children Xitlali & Audrey.
Joseph had a career as a Sales Associate for Home Depot for around 11 years. He was a big sports fan and Loved his Padres and the Dallas Cowboys.
A celebration of life for Topo will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
