Juan J. "Johnny" Velasquez, of San Diego California passed away at the Veterans Hospital of La Jolla, on December 13, 2014 at the age of 59. He was born in the Philippines on September 19, 1955 to Edwin Velasquez and Ruperta Jepez.
He is survived by his wife; Melinda Velasquez, son; Survaughn Kee Velasquez, stepson; Wilmard Jeffery Jean, stepdaughter; Kimberley Schabela, and 3 grandchildren
A visitation to take place in the Serenity Chapel at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, December 23rd, located at 753 Broadway, Chula Vista CA 91910.
Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday December 234th at 8:30am, at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, burial to follow at Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego.
