Your mother was my favorite aunt. I'll always remember her when she lived with us. She was like a second mother to us. She always put up with me. We teased each other and would laugh till we cried.

Aunt Lavinia, where do I begin. First of I'm sorry I never made it to CA to see you. You were such an amazing woman. I'm going to miss our phone conversations. You made me feel like I was important. You knew the right words to say at the right moment. You told me to make sure I'm always there for my dad and I promise to do that. 
My heart is broken. You were the only one I could talk to, now that you're gone whose going to fill that space. I will always cherish every conversation I had with you. My dearest Mom (Grandma), there are no words to express how much I miss you & how much you will be missed. My Mom, I’m going to miss you so much. You singing “you are my sunshine” and “hunny bunch”. You always made the best macaroni and cheese, and cream of wheat from scratch. You taught me to stand up for myself. I’ll always remember walking into your office in the mobile home to see you working hard. So many people loved you, and you loved so many people. I love you dearly and Damian will always know who is “Mom” is. 

I Miss You Mom  everyday I ask god why did he take you so soon from us my heart hurts so much, I wish you were here to see your great grandson be born but  god had different plans for you.
