Upon graduating from high school Leo joined the Navy and started his fascination with world travel. His career after the military enabled him to continue his travels. He worked as a financial analyst for federal civil service and loved everything about his job and the travel opportunities it afforded him. In his spare time, Leo enjoyed ballroom dancing. He became so good at dancing that Arthur Murray recruited him to teach others his smooth way around the dance floor.
Friends will fondly remember Leo for his selfless and caring nature. Also, for the stories he loved to share about his travel destinations and of course the time he lived in New York City mentoring dancers of all shapes and sizes.
Leo was predeceased by his only brother.
