Louis Nolan Hasskins of San Diego passed away on Sunday, March 17th at his residence at the age of 83 years old. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Remedios Hasskins, son Timothy Hasskins, daughters Connie Tubera, Catherine Herndon, Ezula Flood, grandchildren Timothy Hasskins Jr., Alyssa Tubera, Asia Tubera, Abbigale Miller, Tristen Flood, Camille Tubera and Eli Herndon. Louis was born on April 14, 1929 in E. St. Louis, Illinois to Lewis Hasskins and Lucille Erdman both from Illinois. Louis retired from the United States Navy as a Senior Chief and will have military honors on Saturday, March 23 at 6:00pm in the Rose Chapel located at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey Funeral Home. Louis loved working and rebuilding classic cars and loved to fish. A viewing will take place on Saturday, March 23rd from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
