She was born January 19, 1931 in Manila, Philippines. She was married to Edilberto Perez Dalisay in Manila, Philippines.

Marie was a homemaker living with her youngest son Raul and his family at the time of her passing.

She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had a passion of doing the missionary work for the church.

She was survived by her children: Romeo, Flordeliza Marcial, Reynaldo, Evangeline Luis, Rodolfo, Raulito, and Gemma Lutz; her sisters Arsenia Labrusca, Mercedes Bo, and Severina Basconcillo. She has 25 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements will be held at 5:00-9:00PM, Jun 28, 2013 at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey in Chula Vista, California.
