Our precious Melly......even though you were not legally our granddaughter, we considered you as ours.  You were so special right from the start.  We consider ourselves very blessed to be a part of your life and to be able to make this journey with you over these past years and to be there for you and your family.  This has been such a hard journey for you as well as family and friends.  We personally know that you have been such an inspiration to everyone who had the honor of knowing you,  You have taught us all the true meaning of life and love by your courageous journey that you have gone through these past years.  Even when you were at the lowest that you could ever be, you were always thinking of others and asking how they were doing.  You were a saint Melly, and we are sure that your sainthood is carrying on still while you are in that wonderful place, Heaven.  We know you are now free from pain and suffering and that you are safe.  We will miss that beautiful face of yours and that wonderful knowledge that you possessed and of course, your great sense of humor.  You will truly be in our hearts forever.
