Nannine was born in Bayshore, Long Island, New York.
Her parents - Arthur William Murray and Helen Nannine Waterbury Murray and her brother Arthur William Murray.
Nannine grew up in Centerreach, Long Island.
She married Arthur William Stufkosky April 23, 1948.
She loved being a mother to Wayne, Dean, Barbie, Lorie and Wendy. The family lived in Maryland, Florida, California, Hawaii, New York and Rhode Island and back in California. Art and Nan also lived in Japan for a couple years and finally settled again in California.
In addition to being a mother and home maker, she worked in San Diego at Century 21, the Navy Exchange, Glen Abbey as a receptionist and wedding coordinator and Volunteered with the Sharp Chula Vista Auxiliary for over 31 years in the Emergency room, retiring at age 90.
She was a comforting presence. Her compassionate energy and quiet hand holding was recognized by so many people.
She was also involved at church as a greeter with a big smile and a hug.
Blessed with 15 grandchildren she adored:
David, Jason, Soren, Preben, Jorgen, Dani, Kaylan, Jeffrey, Aaron, Allie, Austin, Heally, Shelby, Alyssa & Taylor.
Equally as blessed with 17 great grandchildren:
Devyn, Jaeden, Finley, Oliver, Jacob, Jessica, Kiera, Merreck, Emylyn, Presley, Gwendolyn-"Gwennie", Remy, Weston, Emerie, Everett, Bodhi & Zion.
Mom had a wonderful blessed life and thank you all who were part of it.
