Ned Elmore, 87 years old, of Bonita, California passed away on March 18, 2013. He was born in McAllen, Texas, on January 15, 1926. Ned Elmore graduated from McAllen High School. He was married to Antonia Serrano on September 8, 1954.
Ned Elmore had a career in the United States Navy for 28 years. He was a member of the Seabees, and retired as a Senior Chief. Ned's passion was his family and one of his favorite pastimes was taking them on camping trips.
Ned is predeceased by his loving wife Antonia (2010) and grandson Grante (2003). He is survived by his children David, Deborah and Robert. His legacy include his grandchildren Nicole, Michael and Adam.
Viewing will be held on April 5, 2013 from 6 ~ 8 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, Serenity Chapel. His funeral services to include Military Honors will be on April 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
