Ofelia Cuesta Ragucos

Ofelia Cuesta Ragucos, 59 years old, of National City, passed away on June 10, 2014. Ofelia was born in Caupasan, Danglas, Abra,Philippines on January 10, 1955. Ofelia graduated from Queen of Peace High School-Canan and received a Bachelor's of Science in Commerce from the University of Baguio.

She married Edmundo Dulay Ragucos on October 2, 1987. Ofelia had a career for the Municipality of Danglas, Abra Phillipines and the Navy Exchange in San Diego.

She had many passions in her life which were gardening, reaching out to help families in the Philippines and spending time caring for her family of 3 daughters and 2 sons; Nova Ragucos Talingdan, Guia Vanessa Taylor, Opal Concha Ragucos, Edward Ragucos and Eymard Ragucos. She is also survived by her husband of 26 years, Edmundo Ragucos. Her legacy includes her 7 grandchildren; Kaivan Taylor, Eymarie Ragucos, Brea Allison Talingdan, Chris Andrei Talingdan, Caleb Dean Taylor, Gwyneth Audrey Taylor and Jayden Ragucos. In addition, her survivors include her brother, Prospero Cuesta and sister, Lina Cuesta.

A two day visitation will be held on June 17th and 18th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, Serenity Chapel, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA. 91911. A Rosary service will be on June 17th at 6 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey. Following, her Final Resting Place will be at Glen Abbey Memorial Park in Bonita, California.
