Saturnina "Nina" Vega

She married Lauro Vega of National City on January 20, 1951. Nina worked as a Presser for Hollywood Cleaners and Ratners. Nina had a passion for Family, Gardening, Church, Bingo, Watching Novelas on Television.

She is survived by Angelica(Bill), Lauro Jr. (Val), Danny, Sonia and Frank. She leaves behind 8 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandson; brother Asuncion Villalobos (deceased), sister Maria de la Paz Olais.

A celebration of life for Saturnina will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM , at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 293 H St., Chula Vista, CA 91910. A committal service will occur Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, 1700 Cabrillo Memorial Dr, San Diego, CA 92152.
