Thomas "Tom" Hernandez, age 75, of San Diego, California passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022. Tom was born August 9, 1946 in Wapato, Washington.

Tom is survived by his wife, Manuela Hernandez.

A celebration of life for Tom will be held Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Chula Vista, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, California 91910.
