Thomas R. Pachucki Sr.

Thomas Ronald Pachucki Sr. 66 years old, of Chula Vista, California passed away on November 8, 2015. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 24, 1949. Tom graduated from Sweet water High School in National City and received his Associates degree from Southwestern College in Chula Vista. On July, 1980 he married the love of his life, Rosalie Anne Uckele. They were blessed with 35 years of marriage and three children, Kimberly, Geri Anne and Thomas Jr.

Tom had a 36 year career with the Department of Defense Aircraft Programs. He was a long standing parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.

In his spare time, his passion was spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren. Another favorite passion was collecting statistics on all sports.

He became somewhat of a legend for his knack of correctly predicting the winning sports teams. Many sought out his expertise of sports teams through a website he created. He would jokingly tell his family that he would never divulge "the secret" to his calculated guesses.

Tom is survived by his spouse, Rosalie Anne Pachucki, his daughters, Kimberly Mayne, (Roy), Geri Anne Castro, (Alberto), and son Thomas Ronald Jr.

His legacy of grandchildren, Jessica Acfalle, (Jonathan), Katie Mayne, Krista Mayne, ABH Jacob Mayne, USN, Vincent Castro, and Isabella Castro. Including great-grandchildren, Makaila Acfalle, Kavan Acfalle and Kade Acfalle

A Celebration of Life Service and visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, California 91910 on Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A rosary will be prayed at 2 p.m. lead by Deacon Charlie. A funeral mass will be held at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 293 H Street, Chula Vista, California 91910 on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Father Alex DePaulis. Final resting place will be at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92112. on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 2:30 pm. Military honors will be presented.
