William "Bill" Mark Shaver was born in Oakland, California on June 27, 1954. Bill passed away on November 5, 2012 in Coronado, California. He is survived by his mother Lura Shaver, brother Bob Shaver, brother Jim Shaver and sister Mary Green. Cremation will be completed. The family has no services planned at this time. A private family scattering will occur at a later date.
