Bobbie Louise Lewis

08/27/1963 – 03/20/2014

Bobbie was born to Clarence and Tillie Moore in Paul’s Valley Oklahoma on August 27, 1963, and passed away on 03/20/2014 In Orangevale California after a battle with lung cancer surrounded by her loving husband Keith, her daughter’s Alicia, Elaine, and Chrysta, her sister Carol, and her faithful dog Aiden.

Bobbie and Keith’s story started in 1981 when they met at a mutual friend’s home in Rancho Cordova; it was love at first sight. They lived together for three years and were married in 1984. The family began to grow on April 20, 1985 when Alicia was born, followed by Elaine on December 25, 1986, and finally by Chrysta on February 28, 1993.

When Elaine was diagnosed with cancer in 1991 Bobbie became not only her mother but her primary caregiver. They fought the battle together and in 1998 won, Elaine remains cancer free. Bobbie also was able to experience the joy of Alicia’s engagement to Robert Vargas in 2008. She loved and treated him like a son.

An avid online gamer with a love of fairies, butterflies jewelry making, bunnies, and chickens. Bobbie also loved to research her genealogy and in so doing found brother James and sister Yvonne.

Bobbie was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister and friend she will be missed by many. She is survived by her Husband Keith, Daughters: Alicia, Elaine, and Chrysta, Sisters: Carol, Iletta, Becky, and Yvonne, Brothers: Darell, Lee and James, as well as her extended sisterhood and BFF’s: Barbara and Daisy

Services will be held at Reichert’s Funeral Chapel Saturday April 5, 2014 at 10:00 am
