Dianne Lee Mobley passed away peacefully on February 7, 2020, at the age of 72. Dianne was born on March 30, 1948 in Sterling, Illinois. Her and her family moved to California in the summer of 1956 and eventually landed in Citrus Heights in 1957. She graduated from San Juan High School and immediately start working for the State of California, finally retiring after 35 years of service. When she was 22 years old and married to Victor Guzman, her son Anthony was born. They divorced a short time later and Dianne became a single mom until she met Stephen Mobley of Sacramento. They married and started a life together with their combined families. While married, they obtained their pilots licenses and owned several small airplanes. Dianne often flew across the state to visit family or just to enjoy a meal on the coast. She enjoyed many aspects of the ocean including boating and deep sea fishing. Camping and traveling in her RV allowed her to see many parts of the Western United States. She loved the beach would often journey to Santa Cruz and along the northern California coast where she owned a beachside home in Shelter Cove. She also often traveled with friends to Hawaii, Florida and the Keyes, and to Costa Rica to visit a close friend. She enjoyed cruises as well to Alaska and Denali. She lived a full adventurous life of travel, fun with family and friends, and the love of the beach.
Dianne was proceeded in death by her parents, Russell and Rita Miller. She is the oldest of three siblings and survived by brother David Miller (wife Myra) and sister Deborah Hogan (husband Daniel) whom still reside in the Sacramento area. She will be fondly remembered and missed by her family including her son Anthony Guzman and her beloved grandchildren Brandon, Nicholas, and Samantha, by her niece Kelly Stewart and daughter Kayla and her niece Lori Hogan and children Ashlynn and Ryan, along with numerous family including uncles, aunts, and many cousins from California to Washington to Illinois and Pennsylvania.
