Born April 28, 1936 in Blackwell, OK, passed away Sept. 19, 2010 in Citrus Heights after a courageous battle with cancer. He retired after 34 years as a dispatcher for the City of Sacramento 911 Center. D.P. is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Beulah; children Lori Marie Radcliff of Citrus Heights, Stacey (Victor) Gonzalez of Glendale and Steven Radcliff of Albany, OR. He also leaves behind grandchildren Daniel (Rebekah) D’Angelo, Derrick Riboni, Destinee Siedschlag, Clint Radcliff, Mason (Norma) Radcliff and Victoria (DJ) Lindsay, sister Reita (Jim) Benner of Fair Oaks and brother Clif (Claire) Radcliff of Tiller, OR.
