Frank Durante

Beloved husband and our dear father lost his fight with Leukemia and entered into rest 4/15/2011. Born in 1947 in California, Frank grew up in Costa Mesa. He graduated from Costa Mesa High in 1964 and attended Orange Coast College and Western State University College of Law. He was a Real Estate Broker for over 37 years. The family relocated to Placer County in 1981. He enjoyed fishing, camping, boating, and sports of all kinds. His adventures with friends and family took him as far as the Great Wall of China, to Florida for Disney World on a family trip with his grand daughters, to Cooperstown, NY with mom for the Baseball Hall of Fame Museum, and snorkeling with mom in Hawaii, a trip they always wanted to take together. He was an active member, organizer, and blogger for the Costa Mesa High Class Reunion Org, and an avid fan of his grand daughters sports & school activities. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Sally, their 3 children, Christine Demorest, Brad Durante, Casey Durante; son-in-law Mike Demorest; grand children Gabrielle, Roxanne and Rory; brother Dick Durante; father-in-law, mother-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Private memorial service will be held on 4/30. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
