Graciela Valencia, 85, a resident of Roseville, CA, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014, after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Toliman, Jalisco, Mexico to Everardo and Teresa Novoa Palacios. She was one of ten children.
Graciela had a loving caring character and was a very spiritual person. She was a devout Catholic.
Graciela moved to the U.S. in 1960 when she married her husband, Efren. They were married 51 years. Together they raised six children. Graciela loved to laugh and enjoyed telling a great joke. She liked to listen to her children and grandchildren, share their problems, and advise them. They will miss her counsel.
Graciela is survived by her husband, Efren C. Valencia, her children: Grace Valencia Pollett, Judy Valencia, Efren Valencia, Teresa Valencia, Rafael Valencia and Mario Valencia; 12 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
