James Frances NEWMAN, age 82, of Citrus Heights, California passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. James was born January 18, 1940.

A visitation for James will be held Friday, August 5, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at New Life Christian Center, 2037 Elkhorn Boulevard, Rio Linda, CA 95673. A graveside service will occur Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at East Lawn Sierra Hills, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento, CA 95841. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2037 Elkhorn Boulevard, Rio Linda, CA 95673.
