James passed away January 25, 2014 in Citrus Heights, CA at the age of 65.

He was preceded in death by his loving father, James T. Ross, and is survived by his loving family: mother, Faye; sister, Rosemary & Lewis Hardin; sister, Carol & Steve Hurst, and his 2 children, Kendra & Eric Ross.

“Jimmy,” as we all knew him, loved the outdoors and spent all of his free time camping, hunting and fishing. He loved having friends over to share great food, plenty of spirits, stories and pictures of past good times. Jimmy was a 1967 graduate of Thomas Downey High School in Modesto, CA. A proud veteran, Jimmy served for 4 years in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft mechanic.

Jimmy always had a smile for everyone and will be remembered by his generous, gentle spirit and warm heart. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.
