James Leroy SAMS, age 94, of Sacramento, California passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021. James was born March 11, 1927.
A graveside service for James will be held Tuesday, November 9, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at SACRAMENTO VALLEY NATIONAL CEMETERY, 5810 MIDWAY RD, DIXON, CA 95620.
